BusinessProxy discloses non-public customer information only in response to valid legal process or where legally required. We review requests for scope, authority and affected account or workspace before responding.

Emergency requests
If a request claims an emergency involving risk of serious harm, include the nature of the emergency, the affected account or workspace, the specific information requested, and contact details for verification.
Request channel
Send lawful requests to support@business-proxy.com with the subject `Lawful request`. Use an official email address and include enough information for verification. We may request additional documentation before responding.
