Security and data facts for your review

BusinessProxy is a controlled browser access service. This page states what the service sees, what it does not see, how we handle trust requests, and where a reviewer can ask for evidence.

Claims you can verify

We aim to back public security and data claims with a working implementation, a policy or a documented procedure. Where an item is still being finalized, we say so plainly and avoid selling it as complete.

Data posture

BusinessProxy does not sell browsing data or use it for advertising. We process limited technical data to operate managed-browser proxy sessions, enforce limits and policy, prevent abuse, diagnose incidents and comply with valid legal obligations.

We are preparing a public status page for availability, incidents and scheduled maintenance. Until it is live, contact support@business-proxy.com for current service status or incident notifications during evaluation.

Sub-processors

Our subprocessor register is being finalized and will be published here after provider names, regions and data-processing terms are confirmed. During evaluation, we can share the current provider list under the appropriate review process.

DPA and data-subject requests

If your review requires a Data Processing Agreement, contact support@business-proxy.com from your business email. To request access, correction or deletion of personal data, contact us from the email associated with your account. We will verify the request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Incident notification

If we confirm a security incident that affects customer data, we will notify affected customers without undue delay, share the information reasonably available at the time, and provide updates as the investigation progresses.

Report a vulnerability

Found a security issue? Please report it responsibly. Until a dedicated security mailbox is confirmed, vulnerability reports are accepted at support@business-proxy.com. Please include the affected URL or component, reproduction steps, observed impact, and a contact email for follow-up. Do not access, modify, delete or exfiltrate data that is not yours. We will acknowledge valid reports through the monitored contact channel and coordinate remediation based on severity.

BusinessProxy does not hold SOC 2 or ISO certification today. If your evaluation requires a compliance roadmap, data-residency information or security evidence, contact us and we will share what is currently available.
