An app route is publishing capacity. Gateway traffic, primary or HA connector capacity, and a separate network boundary are evaluated as separate entitlements.

What is evaluated separately
Access and App Gateway
Access traffic belongs to the workspace browser path. Gateway traffic, connectors and HA have separate quotas; a byte is not charged to both pools.
CMS Direct and Alias
Direct uses CMS quotas without Gateway traffic. Alias/Gateway uses a CMS Site ID, an app route and Gateway traffic.

Billing and plans
Which plans are available now?
The published catalog contains four workspace Access packages (START, TEAM, BUSINESS and SCALE) and three CMS Access packages (CMS Free, CMS Site and CMS Studio). Legacy terms are preserved for existing contracts but are not available for new purchases.
Are annual prices monthly subscriptions?
No. The annual amount is one 12-month prepayment. The monthly-equivalent amount is shown only to compare it with the monthly price.
Can I pay in USD online?
USD prices are part of the published catalog. Online checkout is offered only when a supported payment provider is available for the workspace region; otherwise request an invoice or contract.
Does an app route include all App Gateway capacity?
No. An app route is publishing capacity. Gateway traffic, connector capacity, high availability and a separate network boundary are separate entitlements and must be available for the selected deployment.
How do CMS Direct and Gateway access differ?
CMS Direct consumes CMS site and CMS administrator quotas but not Gateway traffic. CMS Alias/Gateway access also requires an app route and Gateway traffic entitlement.
